Introduction:
The connection to the Webtrends user interface does not use SSL by default. Although the option to connect using SSL is available, acquisition of the required SSL-certificate and its site-specific application falls outside the scope of Webtrends Technical Support.

For customers using versions of Webtrends running on IIS 6 (Windows XP and Windows Server 2003), refer to the following Microsoft TechNet article:
